Users of Soundingboard.club ("the Platform") have the option to cancel interactions with industry leaders that have been scheduled through the Platform. If you wish to cancel an interaction, please follow the cancellation process outlined below:

You can cancel an interaction up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.

To cancel, log in to your account, navigate to the interaction details, and follow the cancellation instructions.

For interactions that are cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund will be provided to the user.

For interactions cancelled within 24 hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be provided.

In the event that an industry leader cancels an interaction, users will receive a full refund.

Users will be notified promptly if an industry leader cancels an interaction, and any scheduled fees will be refunded.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the interaction.

It may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
